Can we take a minute to swoon over Witching hour* (gifted), the latest potion concocted by Annabelle, founder of @la_bellelune in all it’s untouched, inviting, glistening  plant goodness glory? (my pot currently looks vastly different as I couldn’t resist greedily scooping out this buttery balm to milk cleanser as soon as it arrived on my doorstep)
*SPEEDY MORNING ROUTINE*Don’t you just love welcoming back an old favourite in your routines? @votarylondon Super Seed Serum* (PR from @theboxwalla) is an absolute power house serum, yet unassuming and light (I could even call it mattifying to a point). I don’t tend to gravitate towards completely unscented products but this beauty is hydrating and boon for irritated skin. I had been saving what is remaining of it for a time my skin needed it and that time is now. I’ve been wearing my FPP3 mask full time (basically my dental practice is in the epicentre of an outbreak of the South African strain of Covid. I am vaccinated but have had AZ, allegedly this doesn’t protect you against this so not taking any chances…) and that means super irritated skin. I apply a few drop of @earthwisebeauty Black Locust Firming Concentrate* PR from @thecleanbeautybox (which I am testing this month and very much liking. It may very well be my favourite oil from Earthwise…) but I think my preference lies in using 5 drops at night on recently cleansed skin. Tomorrow I’ll be substituting it with the wonderful Resiliency, which is nothing short of magical. Light, cooling with a hint of spearmint, I find it highly invigorating and utterly plumping in the morning. Topped it with Sun Project Water Sun Cream SPF50 from Thank You Farmer *PR from @_tonic15, lightweight, no white cast AND has been shown to be reliable in independent testings so you can trust this one. I *think * it may be stinging my eyes ever so slightly but I am verrrry generous with sunscreen and perhaps get it in my eye by accident, I can’t be sure
Rejoice green beauty aficionados because @theboxwalla has extended the deadline for their February box* featuring fabulous British Indie brand @niniorganics …perfect moment for me to officially share my thoughts and perhaps sway you to succumbing if you’ve been remotely tempted…
Earthwise Beauty…a brand I will never get weary of complimenting on my page. My love affair with @earthwisebeauty came into existence when it was showcased in a Boxwalla beauty box and last December, I couldn’t be happier to see them featured once again in another box I love, @thecleanbeautybox  *. Ava, the founder I consider a true connoisseur of herbs, exotic butters and a gatekeeper of Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine practices over centuries. Her line feels alive in a way I cannot describe and those who have used her products agree. I find that her scents are particularly alluring, unadulterated and real. Black Locust which I am exclusively using this February is deep and floral, so much more feminine and sweeter than anything Earthwise I’ve ever tried but I am totally addicted
I feel like I’ve talked ceaselessly about my monthly ‘project’s that I set out to undertake at the onset of 2021 as way to keep myself motivated to post meaningful and purposive content on this platform. I’ve mostly certainly hinted that the brand I was exclusively using was nothing short of wonderful and I can finally reveal that it is none other than…@sachiskin from our very own Farah @beamwonder
@livebotanical  ‘s Moon Cycle Balm is the kindred soul and perfect companion to the Tender Moon Tisane that I gushed about a few posts ago from one of @theboxwalla ‘s  holiday boxes  entitled‘Herb Magic in the Moonlight’*. I’m always utterly delighted and revel in the knowledge that a box of luscious, cherry-picked skincare products from the @theboxwalla is making its way towards me. I can’t really put that feeling into words, anticipation? Excitement? Anyway, I’m fairly certain true skincare enthusiasts will relate to my crazy ramblings. It is true that although facial skincare products remain my number one pursuit, I couldn’t help but be mildly intrigued when Lavanya announced this wellness box in December. Boxwalla has been for me, over my years of receiving the boxes, a gateway to all things beautiful and in all forms.  I have to say that I 100% recommend treating yourself to a subscription as it is a true voyage of discovery in the world of plant-powered goodness and exceptional goodies will your come your way (some of them you didn’t know you needed…)
